What is PAT Testing?
Lots of people are unsure exactly what PAT Testing is. Its not a word you hear on a daily basis.
PAT Testing / Portable Appliance Testing is a job undertaken by Engineers / Electricians - whereby they safety test electrical equipement in the office / workplace - to make sure it unlikely to malfunction.
PAT Testing is an important part of a companies Health and Safety policy - particularly in relation to avoid fires.
If an old electrical appliance has not been tested for a long length of time it
could be a fire hazzard.
